Mattress Works

From start to finish, our experience with Mattress Works in Napoleon was absolutely outstanding! Chris, Micah, and Chad made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. From the friendly greeting when we first walked into the store to the seamless delivery and setup at our home, every step was handled with care and professionalism. The follow-up calls to make sure we were completely satisfied really showed how much they value their customers. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase or the service we received. Highly recommend Mattress Works and this amazing team!

We recently purchased 3 mattresses from Chris and his crew and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Zero pressure when you walk in. They give you time to lay on the mattresses and listen to your needs and guide you to which mattress would fit you. Also, they offered free delivery and took our old mattress away. If you’re looking for a great quality mattress with zero pressure and great customer service, I would highly recommend Mattress Works!

Micah was great! No high pressure. Very well-informed. Told us to take plenty of time trying out the mattresses in the showroom. I highly recommend Mattress Works! We even picked up new pillows!

Chris has been a mentor to me personally and to my business, and I can honestly say he’s one of the most genuine, caring people I know. Over the years he has also hired my company for projects in his home, and working with him has always been a great experience—he’s a clear communicator, patient, understanding, and fair in every interaction. What stands out most to me though is who Chris is at his core—kind, steady, and truly invested in the people around him. If you’re considering doing business with Mattress Works, you can trust that you’ll be cared for with honesty, respect, and integrity. Chris and his family put their heart into everything they do, and it shows.

From the moment we walked in the door and through the entire process, Chris and his team were nothing but professional. Never once did we feel like they were trying to seek us something. They took as much time with us as we needed and ultimately helped us find furniture that was the best fit for our home and our family. They even went the extra mile in helping us work through some uncertainty about comfort relating to a mattress we purchased. Mattress works will definitely be our first stop when we are looking for furniture going forward and we will encourage others to do the same. Thanks Chris!
