Bought a dining set a while back from a guy named Bob. Got an email that it was canceled, but I paid in cash so I went in to talk to him about it. He ended up putting another ticket in for it but charged me an additional $100.00 for insurance that I had already paid for saying he couldn't add that in manually. In hindsight, he definitely pocketed that 100. So I paid 200 in insurance on one item and the insurance company they sold off to won't even honor the original stipulations. It all felt like a scam.

There was one piece that was damaged. They made a phone call while they were still here and had the delivery day set before they left. We love the sectional!
View on GoogleWe worked with Renae, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We just built a house, and we’re in the process of furnishing it. For a saleswoman, she wasn’t pushy at all, and I felt comfortable to ask as many questions as I needed. We just bought a dining room set, but I’m excited to go back and possibly work with her again to get other items for our house. She even helped me load up the car! Incredible customer service.
