I cannot say enough good things about this experience. When Chris injured his back and needed a lift chair, Troy responded incredibly quickly. We spoke on the phone, and he took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, provide a discount, and handle the entire process with kindness and professionalism. From my initial call to having the chair in our home was less than 24 hours.
The lift chair has made a tremendous difference in helping Chris get up and down and has been a real blessing during his recovery.
The delivery team was exceptional as well. They even moved a piece of furniture from the house to the garage, which I certainly could not have done myself. Throughout the delivery, they were attentive to our grandson and dog, making sure neither got underfoot nor slipped out an open door.
Everyone involved was courteous, thoughtful, and professional. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Thank you all for your help and kindness.

Just bought a mattress from Troy at Mattress Extreme and couldn’t be happier. Troy was super helpful, no pressure, and really took the time to find the right fit for me. The whole process was easy from start to finish. I’ve been sleeping on the new mattress for a bit now and it’s a huge upgrade — comfortable, supportive, and exactly what I was hoping for. I’m very happy about our purchase at Mattress Xtreme. Troy was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful while we picked our mattress. He gave us a deal with two twin beds also. Would highly recommend this place before going to the “Big Box” stores in town.

From start to finish, working with Xtreme Mattress has been one of my best purchase experiences ever! Everyone, including the owner, has been very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and attentive to mine and my fiance's needs. The mattress we purchased has been excellent for my recent back issues, which have improved significantly since we got it.
