Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of the furniture at Raymour & Flanigan in Olean NY. The pieces are both aesthetically beautiful and built to last. However, what truly sets this location apart is the caliber of their staff. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Rian, Laura, and especially Casey, for providing a seamless and professional buying experience. At a time when genuine service is rare, this team stood out by being incredibly knowledgeable about their inventory, custom order processes, and delivery logistics. I particularly appreciated the absence of high pressure sales tactics, and their willingness to negotiate to find a fair price. Their combination of expertise and courtesy has earned my permanent loyalty. I won't be shopping for furniture anywhere else. If you are in the market to refurnish and/or refurbish your home, Raymour & Flanigan is the only place you should be shopping!

The store was clean and well laid out. Camille was very professional and thorough when explaining the options and sale pricing for the furniture I had selected. She also shared the benefit of using the online options for paying and requesting delivery. It was a good experience and I will recommend Raymour & Flanigan to friends and family.

We went into this location looking for a coffee table set, while we didn’t end up leaving with one (we plan on looking at the online catalog and coming back!) the store manager left such an impression we needed to leave a review! He was beyond helpful without being too forceful for a sale. He had great suggestions and was just so personable. We had visited a few other stores that day and no one has treated us as well as this one did! definitely will be doing all of our Business with them from here on out!

Great experience at Raymour and Flanigan. Corey was very helpful and answered all of our questions that we had about or adjustable bed/mattress purchase. Very much appreciated working with him.

Olean, NY location is always loaded with lots of options & the staff is very pleasant & helpful. Camille was so knowledgeable & provided us with valuable insight to make our purchase decisions. Thank you again with our purchase!
