This location is tarnished by a misguided lady manager of somesort who acts like her purpose is just to make people feel uncomfortable - treats every customer, both originally just from personsl observation until then one day she went after myself included, as if we are all shoplifting thieves. Frequently has the wrong items mixed on end caps that ring up no where near the posted price, or worse yet, it isn't until you get home that you bought 3 of the same thing only to find one not matching and for a totally incorrect price. After having been told that the location where I found the product was impossible and that I was trying to get away with something when I brought the discrepancy the cashier's attention, I had had enough. I have never reverse shopped and emptied my cart someplace faster and left vowing not to return with such determination. I'm disappointed, as the three in the Rochester area (Henrietta, Webster, and Greece) as well as the Ithaca location where I moved from 2 months ago were an exceptional pleasure to bargain hunt in. I enjoyed it there. I won't be returning here. Images enclosed are from a day she went off on a motorcyclist who had his helmet and backpack in hand and came in to pick up a light fixture. Want particularly nice and scolded the customer for having a backpack, telling him there were signs all over the front doors that they had to be left up front with a cashier. Well, I commiserated with him after my reverse checkout exoerience, and documented both the outer doors and inner vestibule area have no such thing posted. It's unfortunate how one persons view of the public discourages the public from returning. (Google has reduced the resolution of the photos submitted. Posted on the interior section only was an arts and crafts product recall notice, a notice about not being liable for parking lot mishaps, and a notice about video surveillance, both hidden and visible, to prosecute shoplifting and keep prices reasonable. Exterior was just the store's hours as well as notice that they have trained their employees using guidelines from the Center for Lost and Exploited Children regarding lockdown and search procedure if faced with the report of a lost child in their store (Code*Adam). Nothing regarding backpacks, or service animals for that matter. I'd be interested to see what transpires when she inevitably encounters one of them.)
View on GoogleThere is a an associate in there that was nasty rude to me 2 times. Once yelling at me in front of customers for someone who wasn't even with me and then my daughter and I were in the store and I told her I had a discount before ringing up items and she rang up then when I went to use the discount she stated to me she couldn't use it and I said I'm sorry I was never told that before and she then stated "why don't you show me how then" and sat studdering at me and goes....we would have to start all over again so what you want us to really start over with attitude. I said no then when I went in again she new she was out of line and called help with obviously some story and they told me can I just not shop in there again after spending thousands of dollars in there and both were rude including another women who wouldn't even let me say a word to explain. This lady is fake as they come and rude.

View on GoogleThe store was very busy and there was only one person working the register. This led to a long wait for what should've been a quick stop.
