McGregors Furniture and Mattress

A wonderful selection of home furnishings! Loved all of the couches and loveseats with high backs, which can be hard to find in many big box furniture store.

Brandon was awesome! We stopped in there only because they were opened and my husband and I were both off together and ended up buying a new couch! He let us look and answered any questions we had but was not overwhelming at all! Plus we got a great deal! We will definitely return for more business here!

We ordered a replacement mattress 3 months ago that was under warranty and was told it would take 2-3 weeks to come in. That time came and went. We have called at least 4 times for an update and each time we are told “I think we have one coming in this week, we will let you know!” Or “Let me ask so and so and call you back” And then no one ever calls. In fact, no one has ever reached out to us, ever. At this point, we feel like we are getting the run around. We are very disappointed with customer service and lack of follow up or even just keeping us in the loop.

I try to shop local and McGregors has always gone above and beyond with their effort to please. Their deliveries are always prompt, carefully done so as to not scratch walls or other items and they take all the packing materials with them. Their delivery men are always pleasant, polite, and friendly. I would recommend this company.

We felt we were treated with honesty and respect. We had lots of questions and they were all answered. It was a great experience.
