This was the third high-end mattress store that we visited in the last few days. We were so impressed with the feel, quality and service at the McRoskey store, that we ordered on of their mattresses after only an hour of our arrival. Cameron was our very knowledgeable and friendly sales professional and answered all of our questions, and many that we did not even know to ask, easily and quickly. She even arranged to have our mattress delivered a week earlier than typically expected.

I felt no pressure to purchase anything. I trust the McRoskey brand that my family has purchased in the past and been very happy with. I'm looking forward to sleeping on a handmade mattress, craftsmanship I truly appreciate.

Wonderful service, you can take a few hours to test out every bed and ask a million questions and configure your bed just the way you need even to the extent of different settings for different parts of the mattress. Then it’s made in the US and shipped to you and assembled. And ours is supposed to last 25 years. the last one we had lasted a decade. One mattress for life.

I tried a dozen mattresses over two weeks. I kept coming back to McRoskey. I realized that what I was registering was the resiliency of the mattresses. Familiar brands were OK, I"m sure I'd sleep well, but they are all made from polyester, foam, more foam, and small coils. McRoskey uses high quality, natural materials - wool, cotton, horsehair, craft - and they just smell good. What finally sold me on McRoskey was the box springs. You don't think about them, but mass market box springs are just a frame containing bent wires that look kind of like egg cartons. No give, no support, just a way to keep the mattress above the bed frame. And they cost an extra $1000, about 20% of the price of the mass market mattress! Finally, the McRoskey showroom is simple. Mattresses, a small display of what's in the mattresses, and the office. Cameron was great - no pressure, just feel your body on the bed. I felt my spine ease up instantly. I look forward to sleeping well for the next 20 years.

Desiree did her homework when I told her I have a severe scoliosis and needed a form mattress. She took me directly to the two that would work for me and I picked one. So it was very efficient working with her. I appreciate getting a handmade product with no offgassing .
