Mattress Firm Mission Bay

So we came to match firm on Monday MLK day. Our goal was to go in there and just narrow down our top three mattresses. We were upgrading from a queen size bed to a king size bedwhen we came in and Mike was a guy that helped us. We told him what brand we were looking for what we needed in a mattress and he listened to what we needed and didn’t try to push his own gender like some people try to. He was on top of everything. We test about for mattresses before we knew which one we really wanted. And the fact that Mike has said that we can get the mattress the next day really made it the deal even more sweet.!!! Most of the time you either have to wait a week or they have to schedule a date. I told him I didn’t want any mattress in the box and he reassure me that the mattress will not come in a box and they do white glove services and they will take my bed and everything away. What’s a mattress deal we were able to get a mattress protector and sheets. Today makes day three with the mattress. I have no complaints best purchase I did this year so far. Thanks again, Mike

Andreas treated us super well from start to finish. We also received great service from Philippe. They anticipate their client’s needs and just make things easy. A +

We really appreciated the help the sales people gave us and choosing our new mattress. However when there was a discrepancy between the receipt we received from the store and the online delivery process our sales rep became really hostile and angry. We were really disappointed as we thought we went the extra mile in trying to understand their point of view

From the store to delivery, everything was great. Ateeq helped us find exactly what we needed, and the delivery guys went above and beyond! Our bed frame isn’t a standard size, but they put in the extra effort to make everything fit perfectly. They didn’t stop until it was right. Really appreciated the care throughout the whole process! 5 thousand stars!!

Andreas was very helping in our mattress shopping experience. He was knowledgeable about the different mattresses we might be interested in sleeping on. The store has plenty of brands to lay on and mattresses ranging from soft to very firm.
