SLEEP365® & Naturepedic Organic Mattress Gallery - San Francisco

After years of searching for the perfect mattress, I wandered into Naturepedic in SOMA SF and my life changed. Richard, the owner, guided me to the Halcyon Arcadia — the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I fall asleep every night and stay asleep, and back problems that plagued me for years have completely disappeared. Richard’s personal touch is extraordinary — he even delivered parts of my mattress in his own car! Years after my purchase, when I encountered an issue, he resolved it immediately with grace and generosity. This is a young owner who truly understands what exceptional customer service means. 45 five-star Google reviews don’t lie — Richard and Naturepedic SF are simply the best. Highest possible recommendation!

I wasn't really sure if I'd do naturepedic but with tons of mattress research and high reviews, I decided to try it out. I did a walk-in and was met with fantastic customer service from Sheryl helping with me trying out different mattresses (Sleep365 + Naturepedic) that fit my needs (very plush), wool/latex toppers, and latex/down pillows with some quotes to think on by email. I was able to have time to think about it and then come back to decide by taking a nap to do a trial, ended up with Concerto Naturepedic with Coyuchi Down pillows because I instantly was falling asleep and felt like I was on a cloud. The delivery was estimated a few weeks wait and it was totally worth the wait! Got my old mattress removed and the delivery guys helped to setup. Happy with my purchase after a couple of months of testing it and have the terrible back pain/constant toss and turn wake ups as before and am able to sleep so much better! Thanks Sheryl for the assistance. If you're tired of trying out those budget mattresses that don't last after a few years I would highly recommend Sleep 365 store to test out mattresses and talk to a specialist. Very happy to get a mattress that will last for many years and provide better support

Very helpful and friendly service. We looked a few places for a mattress of high quality and we found it here. It was very helpful to try to and talk about what we were looking for.

Shopping at Sleep365 was such a pleasurable experience that I’m sure I’ll be back. The sales lady was a real delight; she had her little dog with her and we immediately connected over our dogs. She was knowledgeable and diligent. She also made sure that I got precisely what I was looking for. I got some pillows and comforter that not only look beautiful, but most importantly feel like on cloud 9. I’ll definitely recommend the store to all my friends!

My wife and I wanted to try out a few organic/non-toxic mattresses from Naturepedic in person before making a decision, so we called SLEEP365 because we saw that they had a showroom in our area. Luckily, Richard picked right up and from our conversation, we knew we were in good hands. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, answering all our questions thoroughly. We felt completely comfortable trusting his guidance as he navigated us through the different options. After finalizing our order, the communication was fantastic. We knew exactly when to expect the delivery, and they handled the entire setup process for us. The delivery crew was professional and took great care –– they even wore shoe covers inside, which we really appreciated. That kind of attention to detail shows they value their customers. But most importantly, the mattress itself is amazing! My back pain has already noticeably improved, and we're both sleeping much better. Plus, it feels great to support a local business. If you're looking for a new mattress, I can't recommend SLEEP365 enough –– ask for Richard, you won't be disappointed!
