Run away.. Far away. I called this dealership looking for a specific car at a specific price in order to meet the IRS qualifications for an EV rebate. On the first of three days of this deal I explained that the total cost of the car plus dealer fees had to be under 25,000 to be qualified. This dealer added 689 in shop fees, 899 dealer fee, and icing on the cake 988 in other fees. What are those fees for? I don't know. The salesman told me they were for profit. So now I'm not buying the car because the salesman did not bother to listen to my needs or to check the cars qualifications. I sent a screenshot of the IRS Website and highlighted the requirement for total cost. I'm not sure how or why they wasted my time. I asked repeatedly to talk directly with someone from accounting so we could sort the details of the EV rebate, and was told that I must communist rough the salesman. This wasn't the only terrible part of the deal. At one point they told me I couldn't buy the car because they hadn't pulled the keys and someone else was purchasing it. This was after running my credit. Why would you run my credit to close a deal when you aren't sure you can sell me a car? I was putting down 13k and I have an 800+ credit score. Wow such a waste of time with a sales person that really didn't bother to listen to anything I said.
