Clean business, plenty of parking. The manager, Brian was there to show me various mattresses and listed pros and cons and price points. He was very attentive and accommodating and set the delivery date. I waited to do my review until I slept in it, though. Delivery guys were quick and in and out, polite and friendly. The mattress is very comfortable, and my shoulder and hip didn't hurt the next day! Excellent! UPDATE... The mattress I bought had a cushion "cooling technology" top. I find a month into using it, the top doesn't breathe at all, and it causes me to sweat if I lay on one side too long. Kind of like sleeping on plastic. Avoid the cooling technology tops!!
View on GoogleOur salesman Kenny was great, worked within our budget, he is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Mattress Direct. Hoping delivery and setup, is just as awesome. Yall go see them on Manhattan and WB expressway.

View on GoogleFor a couple with 2 completely different sleep support levels, this bed checks all our boxes! Plus, the added benefit of the adjustable base makes this bed perfect for us! The ability to take the pressure off your back without stuffing a bunch of pillows under your knees - that don’t stay in place when you turn while sleeping is genius! Then…the relaxation mode is a great feature to help stretch your body and settle in to your perfect comfort setting as you find your ideal position to gently fall asleep!
