View on GoogleDo not buy bedtech adjustable bases they legs break off furniture direct will send you to a service company and bedtech will not honor their warranty. The warranty claims its 20 yrs bs I've had mine less than 2 been fighting with bedtech since 9 months after purchasing. Run run fast and far. Bedtech has already been sued

This is the company that has the warranty on my Adjustable base and I have constantly had to get replacement motors for my base and every single time they just keep dying, so I've spoken to them again back in August and it is now December and when I spoke to them they told me they were supposed to have motors in by October 21st and they would ship them out to me ASAP once they received them. Since then we have been contacting them numerous times and nobody is contacting us back. Our adjustable base is broken, it's under warranty that we paid for, and these people are not helpful at all!! I will be filing a claim against this company for how terrible their service is....or lack of is more like it.
View on GooglePurchased an adjustable base from them over 4 years ago. Stopped working, called them and they were friendly and trouble shot the problem over the phone and was fixed in 1 minute. Customer service is a lost art, they have first rate customer service!
