Ive purchased furniture here for over 5 years. Each time I need a new living room or bedroom set i usually come here but absolutely NEVER AGAIN. I reached out via phone to place an order for a sectional on the website. Chad called me several times and texted me to get the order placed! He suggested I wait on the new shipment so I could get a new couch instead of the one on display which I waited. Well once it was delivered and installed I realized it was not the couch they advertised!! The sectional looked similar but did not have the same functions as the one I paid for! Specifically the USB plugs built in the sofa which they advertise heavily for the couch…so obviously it was a cheaper version… I reached out to the same number he called and texted me on previously immediately after delivery and this man would not respond to me!! Completely ignored me and my calls/texts. I even reached out to Melissa via Facebook where she was false advertising the same sectional & she left me on read. They also left all these huge boxes the couch came in right in front of my front door! After they finished they drug all these boxes out my living room like they were disposing of them only to find out they just drug it all outside and left it all right in front of the door leaning on my house and in the walk way. I didn’t even know until someone sent me a photo of it. I just feel it was very shady business and I will never spend another penny with them. I sent proof of the couches being different and was very respectful and was completely ignored. Zero effort to resolve the issue. BE VERY CAREFUL ordering anything from them especially for installation. I have recommended several people to them for furniture and was preparing to spend another 3k on a bedroom set after my couch was delivered but they will never ever get another penny from me.

I just moved to Little Rock. I needed furniture for my new home and then i found their nice store. I LOVE It ! They have very stylish, good quality furniture. I finally found what i am looking for and i bought a bedroom set and livingroom set with their financing options. It was really easy and Delivery was so Fast. They Offer Same Day Delivery! You cant find all these options from another store! I really recommend this store. Thank you Melissa Furniture team! Also i want to thank to Levy. He helped me a lot.

This store had a pretty decent verity of great furniture that was very reasonably price. When I asked questions one of there salespeople named Francisco was able to help me out a lot.

Absolutely amazing. Furniture was delivered same day with professional men. Salesman was thorough and we will be buying more in the immediate future.
