Donnie was great! I've gone in a few times before purchasing and he's always been the same. He knows about his mattresses and gave us a really good deal. He worked with us on pickup and sent us away with kind words. I'd do business with him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a mattress with a great customer service experience.

Donnie is more knowledgeable and caring than any mattress dealer in the state of Arkansas and I’ve talked to just about everyone of them too. Donnie is like the Doctor of sleep and when you tell him you need this man will go above and beyond to take care of you’re needs just like he did me.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to Donnie Garrison for a magnificent purchase experience. all too often, customers are quick to criticizes a business for one reason or another but are slow to provide a positive review. from the moment I entered the store I felt welcomed which is not always the case because I am a wheelchair user. Mr. Garrison took the time to explain each bed and adjustable base and answered my questions to my completed satisfaction. more importantly, Mr. Garrison went above and beyond to assure that I was able to use the bed before the delivery guys left. I would highly recommend that anyone in the market for a bed or adjustable base go see Donnie at Mattress King!!

Sarah was nice and knowledgeable, but reminds me of a used car sales person. Buying a mattress is a scam and be cautious going to this place. Spent way too much money on a temperpedic and you can exchange only once. How are you supposed to pick out a bed in one day? The only bed that felt comfortable was a bed full of air and Sarah discredited the bed and said we should go with another one. We wake up with neck and back pain and they could care less cause they got there money! We had a family member with same issue! Go with an online smart bed company that lets you return before a year… which totally makes sense. This place is a scam and don’t go waste your time or money talking to a fake sales person!!!

Davis st the Bryant location was very accommodating and patient through oiur ever- changing mattress buyimg process. He listened to our concerns and preferences and we found the right fit. No pressure to buy!! Quick to resolve the issues we had. Great customer service!!
