TLDR: Great salesperson, Jerryn, was very knowledgeable without being pushy on the sale. Listened to our needs and found the right mattress for us. My family and I were out for the Memorial Day weekend and had recently closed on a house. My wife and I agreed that we would slurge on getting ourselves nice bedding for the new home. We were out runnning errands and had lunch at a nearby restaurant and as we were leaving the parking lot, we noticed the sales signs for Mattress Firm, and decided to stop in since we needed a new bed. We were soon warmly greeted by Jerryn who listened to our needs and directed us to a couple of beds to lay on. I appreciate that he listened to our sleep preferences and showed us a handful of mattresses to lay down on so we didn't go through the entire store. After testing a mattress he listened to what we liked and didn't and suggested a new matteress until we narrowed it down to a couple for my wife and I to discuss that evening. Jerryn was extremely helpful. I called the day before to confirm an encasement, since I’ve been searching for one for two weeks. Jerryn was able to find me one and big enough for my 16” mattress. Even saved me $60 and THAT I am grateful. Thank you Jerryn for making my experience amazing 😊

I walked in thinking I knew what I wanted but and to also take advantage of the President’s Day sale. I left with the mattress I REALLY wanted but thought was out of my price range. Austin, the sales professional who helped me, was wonderful. He was knowledgeable about the Temperpedic line and very patient while I made my decision. He made the entire process easy. I highly recommend this location.

Props to Austin for his professionalism and customer service approach. I came in to purchase a frame I saw online and he helped me save some money. Unfortunately, I had to return the frame because the spacing wasn't compatible for my mattress warranty. I did not remove the frame from the packaging. Austin made it easy do the return without the hassle some other places would. Will keep them in mind when I get an adjustable base and I furnish a guest room. Ps.. measure before you break any seals on frames. Returning items before opening them is way easier.
