We had another great experience at Metro Mattress today. We purchased two queen mattresses from Mark, the owner, and as repeat customers, we continue to be impressed by both the service and the value. Mark is knowledgeable, friendly, and takes the time to help you find the right mattress without any pressure. Metro Mattress offers a great selection of quality mattresses at very competitive prices, making the entire shopping experience easy and enjoyable. This is not our first purchase from Mark, and it certainly won’t be our last. If you’re looking for excellent customer service, great prices, and a wide selection of mattresses, we highly recommend Metro Mattress.
View on GoogleThis store is the best. No sales pressure, just honest information. I had come into the store just to "kick tires". Matt was very helpful and I felt comfortable enough to buy from him right then. He matched then exceeded in every way what I could get online on a Helix Midnight Luxe Queen! Outstanding! So great to buy from a local business too. We will be back when it's time to replace our King!
View on GoogleThe owners were very nice and explained everything and was very patient and polite. They made everything very easy for my mom to purchase her mattress! Will come back to buy ours!
View on GoogleExcellent customer service. Went to 3 mattress companies before I came here. Was like a breath of fresh air. No exaggeration. Ended up getting 2 mattress sets. Would highly recommend.
View on GoogleWe came here because of the great reviews, and they were spot on. The owner was super nice and professional, and he quickly showed us the mattress we were looking for. Highly recommend!
