The Original Mattress Factory

Came here a few months back to shop for a new mattress. October was very welcoming and explained everything I needed to know about buying a mattress that suits me. Ordered delivery for a whole set and the process/set up was smooth. Had the new bed for a bit now and it’s great.

My wife and I knew what we didn't want and explained to the extremely attentive associate October our situation. She listened carefully and pointed out some mattresses that fit our requirements. She gave us time to check them out and compare them, answering our questions from time to time, helping us nail down exactly what we needed. She made the entire process stress free and easy! Many thanks! The mattress was delivered at a time of our choosing and done so in a professional manner. Everything about our experience was top notch and we LOVE our new mattress!! Thanks, October and TOMF! This is our second purchase from there, with another product in between, and I don't think we will "stray" away again in the future.

I have to give a huge thumbs up to this location. I dealt with Maury and he is very friendly and goes out of his way to be helpful. They can quickly get special sizes such as 3/4 mattress when other companies can’t get anything for six months or more. When I made a mistake in what I ordered Maury helped me get the correct mattress without losing all of my initial investment. I’ll shop with them again!

Not pushy and stress free. Jim was friendly and professional. I purchased the Hybrid bed and frame. The guys that delivered and set up were great. They were in an out in about 10 minutes. They took any packaging with them. Great team work! Love the mattress! Thanks guys! A+

Jim was friendly and efficient, and helped us select the best mattress set for our needs. We've had it for almost a week now, and it's clear we made the right choice. We also purchased pillows, which were pricey, but worth it. We've wasted at least as much on multiple cheaper pillows over the years that didn't suit our needs. We purchased the Orthopedic Premier Super Pillow Top mattress set (mattress and box springs), and both high- and low-profile Talalay latex pillows.
