MFG Furniture & Mattress

Was really excited to work with Nikki, I purchased a couch and rocker/recliner. Not even a fee days in and the arm of the chair is broken. For over $600, I was hoping for better. So I call the store talk to Nikki and she says it is up to the manager, but he just happens to be out for the day and she will leave a note. No call the next day, so I call back. Shocker, manager is off again! And he MIGHT get back with me Saturday? So...I am guessing I am getting no help from here. Buyer beware of this place! They take your money, but as soon as you have an issue, the manager is unavailable to talk to. Will NOT be back here to purchase anything in the future. Edit: All was made right in this situation. I wasn't contacted until I posted this review. I was given three different answers on why it wasn't taken care of sooner. All and all Nikki was fun to deal with and I received money back, as the chair I changed out was cheaper. And again, I had to continue to contact them to receive that. Buyer just had to advocate for yourself, often if an issue comes along.

I bought a sectional couch . Suppose to be flex steel . I have had about 2 1/2 months . The recliners 2 different ones have broke now for the second time . They give you 10 year warranty but don’t tell you it could take a month to get it back . The first time this happened . I had only had for 5 weeks . So disappointed I asked for return but oh no they don’t do that and fell to tell you when purchasing …. Stay away from this place . Which I would have been warned .. Oh yeah they only take the problem portion .. So I’m left with 2 1/2 seats of sectional and the backs of the other part of sectional … Go to biglots It’s a shame to say you’ll have better luck with quality there … smh

Haven't even had our furniture for a full year yet and the back of my chair snapped in half when just leaning back to recline. We spent one night on our bed from them and hated it no returns or exchange. (We bought a living room set, bed and box spring and dining room table and chairs) only thing good out of all of it is the dining room table so far. They say they will fix it but it will take weeks/months really disappointed as we spent A LOT of money for this set for it to break

I made a mistake and the owner and Nikki helped us out. Couldn’t have handled it any better and in a quick fashion. I’m so happy to shop here!!!!

Have bought several pieces of furniture from MFG over the years and have never had a problem. Bought a chair almost two weeks promised delivery in 12 days to my home. I asked if the chair had to be ordered and was told no they just had a lot of deliveries. I had no problem with this but the fact I was lied to is what I’m upset about. I called on day of delivery and no one told me they had not received the chair they were to deliver that day. We stayed end home all day waiting for delivery and one phone call later in the day I was told it should be delivered at anytime. When this didn’t happed my husband called back and was told it wouldn’t be delivered until Saturday. I called this morning and asked the reason why they said because they had not received it from the manufacture. I asked why we were told the day before it would be delivered he said he called and no one answered. I said why didn’t you leave a voice mail and he said he did which was a lie. Sorry your poor customer service is unacceptable and people do need to know the truth not lies. Hopefully our chair will be delivered since it is paid with no more excuses or lies. Good customer service only brings repeat customer and bad customer service runs them out of town to buy.
