We had such a great experience here! We originally stopped in just to look for a La-Z-Boy chair and wasn’t planning on buying anything else… but the selection and deals were so good, we ended up leaving with a new couch and another chair too. They have a really nice variety of furniture—plenty of styles to choose from—and everything was high quality. The pricing honestly made it hard to pass anything up. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable, and never felt pressured. If you’re even thinking about updating your furniture, it’s definitely worth stopping in—you might leave with more than you planned, just like we did!

Michelle Gentry showed great patience as I returned several different times to the store to view fabric choices, furniture styles, etc. I was allowed to take many fabric samples home and she showed me how to use Chat GPT to configure our existing space with new pieces before I made the final decision. There was no hard sell tactics involved at all. I know we'll have quality furniture and excellent customer service. This is not our first purchase from Thompson Furniture. We are very satisfied customers!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff - relaxed atmosphere, no "pressuring" or "over you shoulder" tactics. Michelle was super and patient as we ventured through the entire store asking her about this and then that. When she had a full grasp of our tastes and styles, she guided us to exactly what we were looking for. Management was completely cooperative and flexible to meet our delivery requirements. Highly recommend you visit this establishment.

The staff was very helpful. At no time did we feel any pressure. The delivery team was extremely friendly and caring about our home. Our purchase was well made and was a value for the price. We will be back when we need more furniture
