Mattress Firm Columbus North National

My wife and I are so excited about our new mattress, we just got it ordered today in store with some amazing deals. We were greeted by some amazing women and did a little pre-planing on what we wanted. We walked out with a better deal and a meant to be mattress. Jess is amazing!

Jess was absolutely amazing and so sweet. She made our entire experience so much better. I actually enjoyed making this purchase because she was incredibly helpful, listened to everything I wanted, and really took the time to understand what I needed in a mattress. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with her!

SERVICE. That's what you're seeking when you actually get off the couch, get dressed and actually head into a storefront these days. That's exactly what I got at Mattress Firm in Columbus, Indiana. Excellent service. I'm a hard sale. I research online, question sales people for their knowledge, do more research, and question more. Karen, my sales gal (and indeed a mattress expert), helped to find the perfect mattress for my needs. From the beginning, she asked key questions to "help her, help me" :-). After three long visits to the store, testing and retesting, I ended up choosing one of the first mattresses Karen suggested as a good match for me. Funny how that goes :-). After that, I durg my husband to the store, for the same process. For a guy who originally said "just choose for me" (seriously), he managed to get to the store and spend a whole afternoon, laying on mattresses. He chose a mattress, not the same mattress as mine, but one based on his body type, his age, his pain points and the one he felt most comfortable laying on, for more than a minute. So, yes, we are happy with Mattress Firm, we are very happy with Karen, and we are happily awaiting the delivery of our new mattresses. And, FYI, for bargain hunters, both online and in store, the price is the same. I say, take advantage of the personal help and the opportunity to test the feel on your own body. I think you will make a wiser choice.

This was my first time shopping for a mattress in person. Jess was wonderful in helping me choose a mattress. She patiently took me through all the options that I wanted to explore + what she thought might be best for me and I was able to buy a great mattress in the end. Excited to use the product once it arrives! I will definitely be shopping again at Mattress Firm, Columbus, if I continue to live here when I need to buy a mattress again.
