Miami Mattress Palmetto Bay

I never thought I’d walk into a mattress store again because I believed “bed in a box” mattresses were the only way to go these days. I had a Casper Original that was fine, but when I upgraded to a newer Casper model, it turned out to be uncomfortable and defective. After that experience, I decided to try mattresses in person, though nothing initially felt right. Javier at Miami Mattress was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the process. He is extremely knowledgeable about sleep science, mattress materials, and quality, and it’s clear he truly believes in helping people sleep better. When he suggested a Sealy hybrid mattress, I was skeptical because I’ve never liked traditional spring mattresses. He explained that the Sealy models he carries are hybrids, combining supportive coils with modern comfort materials. Javier took the time to carefully explain the construction, materials, and support system, and to my surprise, it felt extremely comfortable. I truly appreciated his honesty, expertise, and patience. Shopping for a mattress can feel overwhelming, but Javier made the experience informative, reassuring, and surprisingly pleasant.

Miami Mattress in Palmetto Bay is the best place in the area to buy a mattress. Javier is a man of his word and goes beyond the norm to ensure we had a great experience and we’re happy with our mattress. They have a no pressure sales approach and when it comes to customer service they are by far number one. I’m definitely buying my next mattress from them again. Polite, courteous and deliver when they say they will.

This place is fantastic. Julio was super helpful and knowledgeable on anything mattresses and found us a perfect mattress for our needs very quickly and at a great price. We love our new mattress and are very happy we found Miami Mattress. Can't recommend this place enough! Thanks Julio!

I wanted to show my appreciation for this dynamic team: Javi and Julio. These gentlemen not only want you to go home with a mattress they want you to be completely satisfied. These gentlemen took their time and make you feel like family by the end of the purchase. And it doesn't end there, Javi and William were exceptional when the bed got delivered, made sure that I was able to operate it correctly and didn’t leave until I was content. I can't say enough about these guys and if I ever need a mattress again I will be getting it from here.

Where do I begin, first of all from the moment my Wife and I walked in we were greeted introduced ourselves and asked many questions regarding our needs. I am disabled with special needs and Javier reassured us that all of our concerns will be met. The Professionalism is over and above anyone could ever ask for as a customer. I have been involved in retail sales for over 40 years and how refreshing the customer service demonstrated was SUPERIOR. Thank You, Johnny and Theresa Ore
