Michaelis Mattress

If y’all are looking for a new mattress &/Or base Nancy Price was absolutely phenomenal, very knowledgeable, patient, & kind. They aren’t commission based so there’s No Pressure when inquiring about their products. Great Experience to say the least!!

I cannot say enough great things about Michaelis Mattress in Lexington! Several years ago, I bought a Tempur-Pedic Cool Breeze mattress with Nancy Price, who was extremely kind, patient, and provided outstanding customer service. We still love our bed, and experiences like that are exactly why we will only shop at Michaelis when it’s time to replace anything. Shop local!! More recently, I bought a bed for my son that eventually started to break down and develop a slope. I reached out to Mike Clough, sent him some photos, and he got the warranty approved immediately — truly amazing service. We brought my son into the store to try out replacement options, and Mike was incredibly kind, patient, and determined to find the perfect bed for him. Unfortunately, within a month or so, the new bed developed a large hole — clearly a defective mattress. I contacted Mike again, and he went straight to the owner. They approved a full swap for the same mattress in a medium firmness. The new bed is arriving today, and I am so relieved and grateful — especially during the holidays. Mike and the whole team at Michaelis Mattress have been nothing short of exceptional. Their customer service, honesty, and willingness to make things right have earned my loyalty for life. Highly recommend!

Stopped at the Lexington location to checkout the Leisure Lawns poly outdoor furniture. Was looking for a chair but wanted different features from several different chairs. Was greeted by Nancy who helped me customize the perfect chair ( I’m 6’6” and 350 lbs.) Chair was ready when estimated and brought my wife Deb when picking it up and she found the perfect vase trio for our new home.Thank you Nancy and will see you again in near future.

End up buying a king size mattress but the salesman also sold me two box springs that later I found out that I didn’t need.I didn’t know that you didn’t have to just put the mattress on a flat surface .Shame on the salesman.

Donna was a pleasure to work with during our search for the perfect mattress. She always answered any questions we had and was very knowledgeable of all the mattresses and what would best suit us. Anyone shopping for a new mattress, go see Donna! She’s great :)
