Rosetta is brilliant, very knowledgeable about the products that she sale. I thought that customer service like she provided was dead. It was truly a good experience buying my mattress and adjustable base from her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know that's looking for a mattress.

I wish there were 10 stars! Professionalism, knowledge, and overall a great experience. Also I met a Navy Veteran Mgr and her exceptional colleague that really made it a personal great experience, me also being a veteran really united. Never knew there were some many variables to mattresses. Thanks to their knowledge I purchased. Simply put, highly recommended!

Alexis was great. Just purchased a mattress for my son, who moved down here for work. Alexis was very helpful, knowledgeable, and a no pressure sales person - which was very nice. Alexis was also very pleasant to talk to while we were looking at different mattresses. Mattress prices varied but we also took advantage of a current sale. We ended up purchasing a queen mattress at a reasonable price.

I needed an adjustable bed and mattress in a hurry and I stopped by Mattress Firm late yesterday. It was for a family member in Assisted Living. I explained that I was also waiting to hear if I could get a bed covered by Medicare and could I come back today. They offered to extend the President’s Day Sale price and they could also have the bed there by Friday. I was so impressed with the quality of the bed, the pricing and service that I decided to skip Medicare coverage and purchase the bed!!.

I have been doing business with Mattress Firm for years in Spartanburg, SC, and when I wanted to shop for mattresses in Lexington, I went to Mattress Firm there, also. We were greeted by Alexis who proved to be the absolute best mattress specialist and sales associate we have encountered thus far. We were there for over an hour, and she gave us her undivided attention until two large groups came in… and still she managed to accommodate everyone. She helped us make our selections, and we left having purchased not one but two sets of king! Mattress Firm is an outstanding company, and its sales associates are the icing on the cake!
