Michaelis Mattress

5 star experience! I needed a new mattress after sleeping on a brick for over 10 years. Mr. Robert was super awesome and super patient. Told him what I was looking for and he pointed out the mattresses. Ended up snagging a box spring and then my granny snagged her a mattress while we were there. We ended up going back to the store because she needed a new box spring and that was super easy. I spoke with another gentleman over the phone about the box springs, but didn't catch his name, he was also very pleasant. Delivery guys are also super nice and patient, too!!! 5 star experience all around!!!

I just wanted to say how pleased I was with a recent purchase we made at this store. My girlfriend needed a new mattress so we went in not knowing what to expect as it had been awhile since either of us purchased a mattress. We ended up with a Sealy Hybrid and we absolutely love it! Robert was our sales person and we both appreciated his non-aggressive approach. He educated both us and we believe the mattress was sold for a great price. Also, the delivery team were extremely professional. All around good experience!

Did business here a few months ago. Went by here and looked at selection. Went to Mattress Firm and Ashley Furniture outlet and looked around. Mattress Firm and Ashley both tries to use price adjustment and sale pressures. I'm old school and smart. Came back to Michalis and purchased a new mattress and power base. Sales experience was outstanding. No pressure. No price gimmicks. Very straight forward. Very satisfied with this super comfortable bed. Delivery associates were very polite and professional. Don't waste time anywhere else. Oh, and by the way. The prices were the best here anyway. Kudos to Michalis.

Robert was fantastic! No high pressure salesman, just the opposite. He made you feel like you were visiting an old friend. He knew the products and answered every question we had about pricing and the quality of the various mattresses. My husband and I would highly recommend buying the products from this store especially from Robert.

Had to recommend this place to family and friends after me and my husband's experience! We were in the market for a new mattress, and decided to visit this location, so glad we did. Robert Davidson has outstanding service, great product knowledge and does not hover. We finally decided on a Beautyrest Black X-Class Medium. We've already been back to purchase a pillow after our first visit, but I have a feeling it won't be the last. Can't thank Rob enough for his help.
