I am bedfast from terrible accident, my daughter and son in law purchased a bed for me. I'm new to the community and just transferred here to day from Richlands, VA. The ambulance people transferred me into the bed no problem, I dozed off and woke up a couple of hours later and the bed was stuck in an upright position and would not flatten out so that they could roll me onto my side to check if I had messed myself, well my daughter called the furniture warehouse and the person that sold her the bed told her that it would be Thursday before he could get here to check out why the bed wasn't working, he tried to get my daughter to do maintenance on the remote but it wasn't working, she asked that man if he would refund the money she had paid, over $2,000.00 and he told her no, not all of it. I'm sorry to say that I began cussing, having to lie there in severe pain and most likely covered in poop, listening to the back and forth of that man troubleshooting the bed over the phone with my daughter, who knows next to nothing about repairs of any sort..After threatening to have my attorney address the issue at hand my daughter decided to end the call. This business has lots a financially stable customer.

Guys seem nice but be very careful and watch the prices. They say stuff is on sale but they are actually not. They waste your time and try to make you think you are getting a good deal but it's a scam. Also make sure you get the price before they start acting like they are doing the math for it's sale price. I would not recommend this place if you need furniture. Wish you could give less than 1 star or even negative star's.

I received what was a beautiful sectional, side tables, coffee table, area rug, big wall mirror, and a dining room table. Everything went smoothly except the couch took longer than expected, but no big deal. The delivery men were very helpful. I noticed that on the end of the chaise had no feet and it’s not attached. It slides around and has made it extremely hard on my elderly mom getting up. I’ve tried calling on several occasions without a returned call. Midway Furniture’s sales people and management failed to take accountability for their mistakes. I won’t shop there again nor would I recommend.

I went here to get a chair for my Grandma and this place did not disappoint!! The selection was great and the prices were right!! The staff was professional and very helpful. I will continue purchasing from Midway!!

This is hands down the best furniture store I’ve encountered in years! The service is incredible and they are very organized! In the future any furniture I need to purchase I will come straight back here.
