Ashley Store

3 months and STILL waiting for my purchase. 1/2026 update to outcome. Bedroom furniture came in but Ashley was unable to deliver for another two weeks. Earliest date was 1/23/26. So, I decided to drive a hour and pickup my furniture instead. The warehouse people were great and opened the furniture to make sure it wasn't damaged. Once I knew then I drove and pickup . Love the furniture! Mgr at Bristol, Va store was quite understanding. Didn't get emotional and offended instore credit for the future. So, I was able to get a really great deal on a leather sofa. I did pickup and Ashley really needs to improve delivery time. SO, With all that said.... A Big THANKS to Scott and his staff.

We had a great experience with Ashley Furniture in Bristol. Scott was our salesman, and he was friendly, communicative, and very informative throughout the entire process. Our furniture was delivered today without any issues, and the delivery team was fantastic. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We will definitely be shopping with Ashley Furniture again in the future!
