Midwest Clearance Center Furniture and Mattress

The experience of buying new furniture was easy as can be. The sales people were not overly pushy. They let me browse and shop and was there when I had questions about a few items. I ended up purchasing a sofa and loveseat that matched as a set. Upon delivery I was surprised to see that they included six pillows. Four for the sofa and two for the loveseat. The sales people took really good care of my needs. As a customer I pleasantly surprised about the whole experience. It’s my go to place for furniture and of any kind .

Everyone was welcoming. I didn't see what I wanted on the floor but Ashley was very helpful at helping me order what I wanted online right there in the store. My order was back in a week and I was very pleased. Ashley called and thanked me again for shopping with them. I would shop there again. My only negative thing I could say is the prices are high to be a "clearance" center.

Just had the best customer service experience today after shipping three other locations. Ashley and team were AWESOME!!! Very helpful and didn’t appear mind the questions, my Mom had. You don’t get this type of service anymore. WELL DONE …. I will definitely be back.

I felt like they rushed to put my bed together. I’m up two small flights of steps but that’s apart of a job like that so I don’t feel bad for that part. They also scratched the vinyl floor so I might be charged for that whenever I move out. They also left a little bit of trash so no respect for someone’s home is crazy. One last thing is that a couple of the draws on the bed aren’t put together correctly so you can visibly tell it’s uneven. Grateful that I found this company but they need better assemblers who take their time to get things done correctly and efficiently.

The staff were all very helpful and price was great. Definitely will shop again in future as needed. First time shopper and very happy.
