Miss Dilly was exceptional. Very personable, polite, and informative. She was patient with us and answered all of our questions and concerns. She is definitely an asset to the business. The delivery of our furniture was great as well. They were quick, courteous and done with all 3 pieces of order in a very efficient manner. They, as well, made sure they took all of the packaging, boxes, etc. with them. The total experience was very accommodating and pleasant.

Highly recommend this place! I heard it was great to buy furniture from for your first home, I got 2 bedroom sets (basically for the price of one!!) It took about 2 weeks to get in. I got delivery and set up done less than a week later. A woman and a man came and delivered it and set it up in about an hour. This place is very affordable and has very nice quality furniture with great service. I have nothing bad to say at all about my experience here. :)

Midwest is not much to look at from the outside but huge and full of great items and people on the inside. They even went so far as to check other store for items we were not even sure we wanted!!!! They went above normal sales and were awesome!! Delivery was great and I love the sofa and recliner!!!!!

Worked with Tammy McPeek and our visit could not have gone better! Tammy was incredibly warm and friendly, you could really tell she valued getting us the best couch for us instead of just making a sale. She was SO knowledgeable and answered every question we had. The prices were wonderful, the quality of the couches we looked at were great and they made the financing process so easy!!! We’d like to specifically say thank you to Tammy for being so kind to us. As a gay couple you never know how people are going to react to seeing us in public and Tammy made us feel warm and welcome within the first 30 seconds of arriving in the store!

A great experience start to finish. Everybody at the location I went to (St. Peters) was super friendly and helpful. I was given a printed quote for the chaise I wanted to purchase that included measurements, textiles, warranty options, etc. Once I ordered I was told the chaise would be in within 2 weeks. It was in a few days short of two weeks and once it arrived, I was able to schedule delivery for just a few days later. The people that delivered were just as friendly and professional as everyone else at Midwest Clearance Center. I was extremely happy with everything about this purchase, including the high-quality chaise that I now own! Thank you!
