Update: it’s been 2 whole days and the bump has not gone down or disappeared so will likely have to call for a replacement 🙃 5 stars for the salesman Seth, 3ish stars for the bed/delivery. Seth was amazing and went above and beyond to help me and my husband find the perfect bed. Oddly enough, he recommended the bed him and his wife have because they both (as a collective unit) have the health issues that I have. Unfortunately, the bed has a big bump on it and I’m hoping it will go down but my fear is that the mattress is somehow damaged from the inside and that will void any warranty later on. The mattress was delivered around 2:30pm. The first guy hoisted the bed on his shoulder and as soon as he met the threshold of my door, dropped it down quite heavily. Didn’t try to ease it down whatsoever. Not sure if that is what caused the bump but then him and the other guy, delivered it to our bed. They noticed the bump and said it was likely due to the cold and would go down after it heated up. It’s been 4hrs and the bump hasn’t moved an inch. After sitting on the bed to write this review, it’s now lopsided. All the beds that I’ve bought in the last 6 years (6 different beds from different companies), I have never had a bed do this and those beds were significantly cheaper than the $2800 I spent in total for the mattress, protector and delivery. I’m gonna give it time to settle I guess, but I will always worry that my mattress arrived damaged.

Not a great place to shop for Furniture. They have a lot of nice things but watch out for the Scams. I ask 3 times was my mirror added to my order before I made a payment & they assured me it was there. When my bedroom set was delivered it was only the bed frame & a dresser for 2200 with No Mattress nor mirror to the dresser witch o paid for separately Totally disappointed with the store service at the store in St Ann location

The Bedroom Store gets 5 stars for their expertise in mattresses. I am pickier than Goldilocks – all mattresses are too soft or too hard. But I had Ron as a salesman, and he knew exactly what mattress would be perfect for me. I love my mattress! It is firm, but yet soft, and my back loves it! It is the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever had in my life. After picking out the perfect mattress, Ron made sure that the mattress delivery went well. I got excellent instructions on how to work the adjustable bed, and I was able to keep my old headboard. Then my old pillow did not match my mattress, so Ron picked out the perfect pillow to match. I highly recommend the Bedroom Store to anybody who wants the most comfortable sleep of their life.

Tom is an amazing salesperson that made our purchase a very pleasant experience. He is informative, patient and has a great disposition rather than pushy like so many other sales people. We purchased a new mattress and feel we got a good value that we will be pleased with. We highly recommend this store and hope you are fortunate enough to have Tom assist you with your purchase!

I come this afternoon to buy a bed for my mom, and Tom was so amazing! He took the time to walk me through the store while telling me about the varied beds. He was so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about every thing in the store. After careful contemplation, I found a bed that will be perfect for my mom. If you need bedroom furniture at a reasonable price, go to the Bed Room Store and ask for Tom! You won’t be disappointed.
