Friendly and very helpful in choosing mattress and frame. Convenient location! They made me feel very comfortable in testing out the beds and asking the right questions to determine my needs. Plus the turnaround time on delivery is very quick. Am excited to get my new setup.
View on GoogleBait and switch. Dont get me wrong, I've always shopped here, 3 mattresses prior with no issues. But that was 7 years ago. Decided to go again. Got 2 mattresses, 1 in store, 1 online. Neither were what was displayed. "Similar" they said, "give it 6 months, you'll adjust". Refused refunds for both beds upon delivery because I didn't get their topper with each, (I already have my own. ) So, I did their 6 months of extra break in, nothing has changed. Yes, I am aware of design differences, but comfort quality should be no different than displayed. (Example, here's a photo of the online purchase, it displays a double sided plush top mattress. I got a single sided, non plush firm mattress. ) I got played. Fool me once shame on you, but fool me twice shame on me. Be careful.
