Francisco and his coworker delivered our bed promptly at 0830am. They were professional, courteous and efficient. Definitely a 10 out of 10. I can hardly wait to go to bed tonight. I was especially impressed how hard working your delivery guys are, it's brutally cold and they had everything done in just minutes. Also they were not prepared with any tools to disassemble our old frame...I took apart our old frame. Other than that they were able to set up the new mattress set.

Let me start by saying: we’ve had some terrible delivery experiences in the past — some might even call them a nightmare (pun intended). But this delivery from Mattress Firm completely restored my faith in how great customer service can still exist! The three gentlemen who handled our delivery today were absolute pros from start to finish. They arrived exactly when promised, called 15 minutes ahead of time to give us a heads-up, verified everything before entering, and handled the entire process with incredible care and attention to detail. The mattress was placed exactly where we requested — no damage, no issues, no stress. They were polite, professional, friendly, and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews I’ve seen floating around — some people must just wake up looking for something to complain about. My personal experience with Mattress Firm, and especially with this delivery team, has been nothing short of outstanding every single time. They’ve consistently gone above and beyond to make sure I’m completely satisfied. If anyone deserves recognition, a raise, and a big THANK YOU — it’s these hardworking guys who take pride in their work. She listened to what I wanted for the mattress and helped pick out a number of ones to test. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. She was extremely patient. I tried about 8 different mattresses before picking mine. She was right there explaining the difference in each mattress. I had stalled buying a new mattress and now am glad I waited so Deb could help me buy it.
View on GoogleDebby was wonderful. I came in close to closing due to just getting off and she still worked with me. She knew what was I wanted and was able to make that happen. She offered some better alternatives but let me still decide with no judgment. She made checkout very easy and when I asked for a pillow the first one she showed me was amazing. She told me she didn’t mind staying late to help me out but finished my whole purchase in 25 minutes and had me out the door at 8. AND she wheeled the mattress to the car for me and put it in my car. I was very happy with my purchase. I called ahead on my way there and told her I needed something in a box and when I arrived she had already had options for me. She had a smile on her face and was laughing with me. She was very very pleasant.
