Alex was fantastic. The delivery was quick and easy. I had many questions and he answered all of them thoroughly. My house is difficult to get to and the mattress was a hefty delivery, and he handled it all with ease. He left zero trash or packaging, and told me if I have any questions, I can reach out at any time. I highly recommend!

He worked with us to find a mattress that addressed all our concerns and wasn’t pushy when it came time to make a decision. We were very happy working with him and look forward to receiving our new mattress and base set. We will definitely be going back again after this set serves us well!

I have to give a shout out to the delivery guys, they weren’t just professional, they were also a blast to chat with and made FAST work of switching our mattress out and hauling out the old one. This type of customers service feels rare nowadays, so it will definitely make me want to shop here again and recommend it.
View on GoogleAlex called ahead and he and his co-worker showed up in 10 minutes , got my new bed setup quickly, they offered to show how the remote works but my salesman Danny showed me at the showroom also these 2 young men were very courteous and I appreciate it! I am completely satisfied with Midwest Mattress and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you kindly, Bobby. 👍🏼🙏💪🏼now I just need to get Anita off her new bed to put on my high- tech cover!🤣
