Great family owned business! Highly recommend. From the first call I put into Miles until Dave left our home everyone was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. This is the first time we’ve ever had an issue with one of our appliances so I was a cautious about who to call on. Dave was very thorough in looking over our refrigerator, explained everything he was doing, how to fix the issue, broke down the cost and cleaned up when he was done. I can honestly say I know a little more about how refrigerator works!

I was very happy with the delivery men. Very prompt, courteous and very nice and delivered my refrigerator the exact time that was quoted to me. Gave me all the information I needed. Also set it up in a good and timely manner. They were very careful when they were bringing it in my doorway as well. I highly recommend Miles Appliances. They did a superb job putting my new refrigerator in place.

We had some 20 plus year old appliances. Miles made the necessary adjustments to get three out of the four appliances installed. Dishwasher was damaged so it could not get installed. Installers were knowledgeable and professional. This is the second time we've used Miles Appliance and my wife and I are very pleased. GE double-oven, Jennair stovetop, and a Summit Beaverage center.

We had a problem with our stove, oven stopped working. Timely appointment was made and the technician arrived on time. Alex was great, quickly diagnosed the issue. Parts were on the truck and all is good. Alex is a very knowledgeable and courteous tech.
