I had many questions, after purchasing my tempurpedic mattress. Nick, the manager at this store, was able to answer not only all my questions, but also give important information and advice. This, helped to ease my mind,for this was my first time purchasing a foam-type mattress. I highly recommend checking Nick out, if you are in the need of purchasing a new mattress.

My husband and I were in need of a new mattress and had shopped at several different places. From the minute we walked into Mattress Warehouse of Shrewsbury we warmly greeted by the store manager Nick. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products but there was no high pressure sales tactics.
They have a mattress/computer algorithm that asks questions and measures your body as you lay down to try to formulate what mattress would best suit you. This helped us to quickly narrow down to four mattresses in particular that would be the best fit, which made the process easier and less overwhelming. Nick was patient, kind and thorough and made sure we got what we wanted without trying to sell us the most expensive mattress. This was one of the best shopping experiences I have had.
I waited to write this review until we got the mattress and slept in it as I could write about the entire experience. We purchased the mattress on a Sunday, it was delivered on Wednesday to us. We have had it for 2 weeks now. My husband has been sleeping great ever since. For me there was more of an adjustment period, as is normal after replacing a mattress that you have been sleeping on for so many years. I can honestly say I am sleeping much better now and have adjusted to the changes.
I would highly recommend visiting Mattresses Warehouse in Shrewsbury and ask for Nick, he will take great care of you!

Started our search for a new matress for the second time in a year...we bought a box bed and it was terrible. At first I didn't believe there was a chance this stores 5 star rating with over 1000 reviews could be real but after dealing with Nick we see why. This guy is the real deal..lots of experience helping people to a better night's sleep. They had a bed setup that senses your specific body's pressure and what you need to sleep comfortably and after the 2-3 minutes Nick took us directly to the bed we eventually wound up purchasing. 5 plus stars for sure.

I needed a new bed and mattress delivered to my son's new apartment and I started and ended my search with the amazing assistance of Nick and Seth. Wow, what a great experience at the Mattress Warehouse of Shrewsbury at the Highlands. Nick provided everything I asked for and made the deal happen. I got a great bed and mattress for an outstanding price with delivery on the date I wanted. Nick and Seth also sweetened the deal by adding a bundle of bed accessories at no charge! Nick's theory is "stop hyper-inflation" and he proved it to me on this trip to Mattress Warehouse of Shrewsbury. Great salesmanship and customer service. Nick saved me a whole lot of time and money, and I am grateful. If you are in need of a bed, mattress or bed accessories, Nick is the man to see at the Mattress Warehouse of Shrewsbury.
