My wife and I were exceptionally pleased with our experience at Missouri Furniture in Sedalia, especially with Sales Professional Billie Quinley. Ms. Quinley met us in the store, briefly showed us around, and let us browse--no high pressure salesmanship. She checked back with us to get a feel for what we were looking for and led us to some furniture options. We got some photos and took measurements, returning to the store a week later. At that point, Ms. Quinley helped us select the furniture that would fit in our space and personally browsed fabrics with us. With her product line knowledge, she guided us to our final purchase selections This is precisely the level of personalized customer service that we need and almost never see anymore. If you're looking to buy furniture or appliances, I highly recommend you look up Billie Quinley at Missouri Furniture.
View on GoogleThe sales help was very good. I can't say anything good on the price. Their "sale" price was 100-200 dollars higher than stores around the city --but I'm not going to the city, so there's that. The delivery and setup fee is kinda high, but again, I had no choice and it was convenient. Choices were great--many options. So, merchandise and salespeople are wonderful. Prices, not so much. Maybe I should have asked about price matching?

View on GoogleBeautiful store. Friendly staff especially Bonnie~ she went above and beyond to find what we were looking for with our challenging layout of our open living room. My husband and I were challenged with needing a different feels on our bed and she suggested a split king which solved our problem. The beauty rest black beds were so comfortable. Highly recommend to go get her expertise. And she gave us a great sale prices!
View on GoogleBonnie helped us with our purchase of a new couch. She was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. Made for a great experience and we would highly recommend Bonnie and the store! There was a great variety of furniture and appliances in the store.
