Missouri Furniture’s delivery system is excellent from start to finish. I received both emails and texts in advance with my delivery date and the option to reschedule if needed. As the delivery date got closer, I was given a two-hour delivery window, and then I received a phone call shortly before the delivery. The delivery team arrived right on time. Matt and Richard did an excellent job bringing in the new furniture and removing the old pieces. They were very conscientious about not hitting walls, doors, or other furniture, and they were friendly, professional, and careful throughout the entire process. Overall, it was a great delivery experience, and I really appreciated how smooth and well-communicated everything was!
View on GoogleRobbie took us around the showroom to show us what we had in mind for sofas and was completely knowledgeable about the different companies represented. He answered all our questions and was easy to talk to, honest, funny, and extremely helpful! Our experience at Missouri Furniture in Camdenton was a great success. We will be back!
