View on GoogleSuperb customer service. We have bought 2 mattresses from Brian and he helped us with an issue we were having with the foam in our sofas also. Above and beyond! Our Latex mattress has lasted for 22 years! It is time for a new one.

It was such a positive result that we went back to them recently when we needed a replacement mattress. Brian and his team could not have made the process easier nor more pleasant. We don't often take the time to write a review, but the great product and the exceptional customer service provided need to be publicly acknowledged.

View on GooglePlease don't buy from him. There is no customer service. I am a cancer survivor and he sold me an organic mattress. He would never document what was in it and I took the case to the Better Business Bureau of Monterey. They called and then forced them to replace it with an organic one. But as some kind of punishment he then delivered a sagging, on all sides, heap that I, that no one, could sleep on. Gingrich told me that he would come deal with it, but he never keeps his word. That is NOT customer service. He's a crook.
