Sleep Number

My husband and I were just planning on walking the Del Monte Shopping Center mall and check out the stores since we hadn't been there in years! We happened to walk past the Sleep Number store and decided to go in (our first stop!) since we needed a bed. We hadn't even started our search yet for a bed. Tim greeted us and, well, needless to say, we walked out of the store about an hour later, having purchased a new bed! Tim was very nice, guided us through the different mattress types, had us get on the bed and found our "perfect" sleep number! We ended up upgrading to a mattress one step above what we had thought we wanted! So far, it has been a good bed; we are still trying to find our perfect sleep number, but we will get there! We appreciate Tim's help and patience with us in choosing our perfect Sleep Number mattress! The delivery men were also very good, set up our mattress to work, walked us through directions, etc. and were very aware of being in a person's home, putting shoe protectors on...very professional! So far so good with Sleep Number!

We received very thorough and helpful service today. I don’t know whether we will choose this mattress because of the cost, but it seemed like a very good product and was definitely incredibly comfortable.

Very knowledgeable. Really considering purchasing a new bed.

The absolute worst purchase I have ever made. And customer service is a JOKE and so rude and unprofessional. Purchased this bed in 2021. Had to replace the motor in 2023. Just replaced the motor again less than a year later which didn’t fix the issue and have been trying for MONTHS to get it fixed to no avail. I was just talking to customer service agent Tae and she told me to not do anything and KEEP THE BED AS IS AKA BROKEN… for real??? Don’t buy unless you want a broken bed with no customer support after purchase.

Took daughter to check them out since we bought one in 2013. She loved the adjustable one with foot warmer. The store is beautiful and much brighter than the Seaside store. Salesman was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He sold me a warming cover for my bed, too!
