Thanks to very knowledgeable sales person Jake Hartley at Morrell’s we decided to buy our Queen mattress there. Brand: SWB Monaco Ultra. So far we have NO complaints. Been a long time since we slept so good.
View on GoogleJake was my sales person. He is so nice and polite. He was able to answer all of my questions, even ones I didn't ask. He provided all the information that I needed to make a decision on the spot, which I don't usually do when making such a large purchase. Jake was our sales person when we bought a bed for my husband a few years ago.
View on GoogleI came in to compare prices and the sales associate, Jake made an offer we couldn't refuse. He even showed us accessories I hadn't even considered but needed. When Jake found out I sleep on my side, he showed me some special pillows they had in stock. This is something I needed b/c I sleep on my side and I usually wake up and my hip hurts. Thank you for your attention to details. We decided to purchase with Morrell and I didn't even go back to the other Mattress store.
View on GoogleWe would definitely buy at Morrel's Mattress Experts of Lake City again. Jake was very knowledgeable and informative and made our process very easy. No pressure at all, and that's what we like when we go to buy something. Thank you Jake.
View on GoogleLoved the tracking app. Delivery was on time. Two gentlemen were polite, professional and very helpful. They took time to answer our questions and gave us some nice tips for using our new bed. Thank you.
