My husband and I went to browse beds today while in Lake City for lunch. We went to mattress firm because we bought a bed from them a couple of years ago and were really happy with the experience. We qualified for the 0% interest for 24 months. It’s the only way we were able to buy the expensive bed we needed at that time. Elaine and Andrew were so pleasant to deal with today! They treated us like friends. We went in to just “browse” but it ended up being a truly fun experience. And we found the perfect “second” bed for my back that didn’t break the bank. They showed us lots of options and were patient with all of my questions lol. They just made us feel comfortable and it felt like they cared. We left excited. After a second really great purchase here, I imagine we will always go here first when we need a new bed. Thank you for caring, Elaine and Andrew. We had fun. Can’t wait to get our new bed :) It was worth taking the rime to write this review.

We went in today to look for a mattress and ended up having an experience. Kay was our salesperson and she was wonderful. She greeted us when we arrived and was attentive throughout the visit. She was knowledgeable and provided us with answers to all of our questions. The store was clean and well maintained and the overall experience was phenomenal. We would highly recommend this location and would definitely recommend Kay for all of your mattress needs.

Elaine was awesome! I have a very picky boyfriend so I let him pick out the bed. Not the most expensive or least, but quality and value combined. She helped us so efficiently, even though I dread stores and buying high priced things we need. And I definitely rushed her and asked a lot of questions in a short period of time. Within 3 and a half hours, mostly by phone completing an application and confirming details, our bed will be delivered to our door within a week. Go in and ask for Elaine.
