Delivery and set up were super easy. We didn’t have to lift a finger. The delivery man cleaned up after himself (the trash pictured is the protective material from the doors that I took off after set up). He was friendly, efficient and respectful. Thank you so much!

I am very disappointed with the service I received today. My family and I have made several purchases with Farmers in the past and have never had any issues. Today, we came in prepared to make another purchase and planned to pay in cash. However, the sales representative informed us that we could receive a 20% discount if we reopened our account, so we agreed to proceed with that option. After providing my information, the representative stated that my credit could not be run because it was locked. This was inaccurate, as I immediately received alerts showing that my credit had in fact been accessed and that a new hard inquiry had been placed on my report. I showed the representative and the manager the alerts as evidence. Despite this, the manager insisted that the credit check had not gone through and suggested running it again. Naturally, I was not comfortable allowing my credit to be run a second time after already receiving confirmation of the inquiry. This was clearly an issue on their end, yet it was not properly addressed. As a result, I now have an unnecessary credit inquiry on my report. Unfortunately, this experience changed our plans. We originally intended to complete our purchase today, but due to how this situation was handled, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I love my new sectional! It’s so many styles I can do with the ottoman and it matches well with my flooring and wall decor! Staff were very professional and patient with what I wanted!
