Purchased a new recliner. Our sales person was Caden. He was very knowledgeable as we looked at various recliners. The recliner was delivered today. Delivery guys were very efficient and professional. We've purchased various items at Myers over the years. Always satisfied with sales and service.

Impressed. We live in Muncie and purchased our Speed Queen washer on 2/26/25 and have been impressed every time we’ve used it. The staff were friendly and professional. We have referred friends and family. Thank you!

Writing a review for my Dad Bobby Jarvis. He bought a Southern motion double electric recliner there January 2026. 4 months later the left side is broken down, popping underneath bent arms cushions worn down significantly. Called Myers they said they can not work on Southern motion furniture. Gave him a number to call A1 furniture repair, did not intervene for him had him do it. A1 furniture out of Indianapolis did not send a tech to diagnose just said they would need to order parts and parts could take over a month or even longer. He called Myers back and they said they could not help him in anyway. They showed him no concern or empathy for the issue he was having. If you shop here make sure you understand how the warranty process will work as they will not help. We have now contacted Southern motion to see if they will be of any help.

Delivery was right on time, and the delivery team was fantastic, professional, efficient, and handled the replacement perfectly. It’s refreshing to support a great local business that truly competes with (and honestly outshines) the big box stores. Myers has earned my trust, and I’ll absolutely be returning anytime I need furniture or appliances for my home. Highly recommend!👍🏻

I went in to purchase a washer and dryer for my daughter and husband new apartment and Kaden asked right away if I needed help and he showed me a couple and made it a easy peazy process. it was delivered the next day. price was reasonable and my daughter loves it. it was a excellent experience and I'm definitely doing my business there and it's local business which makes it better!
