Naples Mattress

From purchasing to install our experience was nothing but top notch. . Patty took excellent care of our needs and really took the time to explain the difference in mattresses. Darrel and his crew were wonderful during set up and took their time ensuring our frame was at the perfect height and explained all controls functions of our frame. I highly recommend Naples mattress for all your bedding needs.

Naples Mattress East is the only place you need to shop for a mattress. We have purchased some mattress from this location before and were never disappointed. This time we were in the market for a king size mattress and presented Patti who is super knowledgeable about mattresses a real challenge. Recently had back surgery with two rods, eight screws and some other hardware replaced. Patti pointed out several different mattresses for me to lay on and closely observed every time I went to lay down. This was a long process however we finally settled on a latex mattress. Luckily for us she arranged to have a floor model delivered for a week until ours came in. However it was ok for me but hurt my wife’s shoulders due to it being a little hard. Back to the store we went and purchased the Euro top latex mattress which is a lot softer. A fantastic decision was made. We had a few bumps in the road all caused by me. Patti went above and beyond to help us make the right choice and took extra good care of us.She is a good conversationist which makes it a pleasant experience. She can guide you in the right direction on what to purchase but ultimately the decision is yours. I could go on and on and tell you about the great experience we had however if you are in the market for a mattress go see Patti at Naples Mattress East. You will not regret it.

Working with Patti at Naples Mattress was the best mattress shopping experience ever. I never felt awkward talking with her about what I wanted & didn’t want in my selection. She was honest with me every step of the way & even reminded me to get the extra deep pocket sheets & surge protector prior to my delivery. Delivery & setup of my base & mattress was a breeze also, done in no time & a full review of the base & remote. I would absolutely 100% buy my next new mattress here. Support your local small businesses vs. those big box stores, you won’t be sorry. & more reasonably priced too!

My wife and I visited yesterday. I was interested in a specialty mattress. Naples Mattress east was the only store that had this mattress on the floor. To select the best bed that will provide optimal comfort. Patty we promise we will ONLY purchase from Naples Mattress East . Thank you so much for all your thoughtful assistance.
