I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Naturepedic store in Charlotte.
After almost a year of research, I purchased a Saatva mattress in March and was unfortunately very disappointed. It left me discouraged and hesitant to keep searching, especially knowing how big of an investment a mattress is and feeling unsure I’d find something I’d truly be happy with.
I have allergies and ongoing back and shoulder issues, and I was specifically looking for a non-toxic, organic, made-in-the-USA mattress. When I found out Naturepedic had a store in Charlotte, I decided to stop in—and that ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve made.
Tomasz helped me from day one, and he was incredible. He is genuinely kind, extremely knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He’s been with Naturepedic for years, and you can tell immediately. This never felt like a sales pitch—he truly wanted to help me make the right decision.
He took his time, walked me through everything, asked thoughtful questions, and allowed me to try multiple mattresses (more than once) to make sure I felt confident in my choice. I never felt rushed or pressured.
I ultimately chose the Halcyon Arcadia, which is their more luxury option and comes at a higher price point—something I never thought I would even consider investing in. So when I say this was a thoughtful and serious decision for me, I truly mean that.
The difference has been incredible. I forgot what a good night’s sleep felt like—sleeping through the night, waking up without pain, not overheating, and actually feeling rested again.
The estimated arrival date was right on target, and the delivery and setup process was completely seamless, which just added to the overall positive experience.
If you’re struggling with sleep or looking for a clean, high-quality mattress and an honest, knowledgeable team, I highly recommend Naturepedic Charlotte—and definitely ask for Tomasz.

My husband and I had been searching for an organic, non-toxic mattress with the highest standards in both materials and craftsmanship. After extensive research, we found Naturepedic ranked among the top brands—and conveniently located near us at SouthPark.
From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Tomask, who made the entire experience exceptional. He spent a great deal of time answering all of our questions, allowing us to test different beds, and ensuring we had complete confidence in our purchase. His expertise in both the mattress industry and organic materials was truly impressive.
We received our first mattress over a month ago and have been absolutely delighted with how comfortable it is. My husband and I each have a different setup on our sides, and the customization options allowed us both to get exactly what we needed. Today, we received our second mattress, and once again, the experience was outstanding. Tomask even went above and beyond by helping me put on a box spring cover that my husband I had struggled with—something he certainly didn’t have to do but did with kindness and care.
I highly recommend Naturepedic to anyone looking for a high-quality, organic mattress that is both safe and incredibly comfortable. Their generous trial and exchange policies provide peace of mind, but thanks to Tomask’s expert guidance, we got the perfect fit the first time.

I would like to recognize the excellent customer service I received from Amy, Monica, and LaVonna. While Natrepedic advertises the quality of its mattresses—which I agree with—I believe it’s your outstanding customer service that truly sets your company apart.
When the wrong size mattress was delivered, your team handled the situation promptly, expediting the correct twin mattress for my granddaughter with both efficiency and grace. The mistake was remedied without hassle, and I am deeply appreciative.

My husband and I have been working with Tomasz for a few months now while learning about the brand and deciding what works for us and our family. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and was so patient as we learned more about Naturepedic. He took his time explaining everything and we have really come to love the Naturepedic products so much. I ended up switching my top layer out after 2 months and the process of exchanging the layer was very simple and easy. You can tell you how much they believe in their brand. I 10/10 recommend Naturepedic and I 10000/10 recommend working with Tomasz.

Thomas went way beyond what he needed to do to take care of us providing information that we had not gotten from other sources and made our decisions so much better. We couldn't be happier with our Naturepedic products and the Charlotte, NC store, thanks to Thomas!
