Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

Five stars for customer service. I bought a Tempur-Pedic mattress here, and both Keysha and Bree were amazing to deal with. They were patient, highly knowledgeable, and extremely informative throughout the process. They also made sure I got the best price available. I stopped in today considering a new pillow to sleep on and Will could not have been more pleasant and helpful to work with. Despite the fact that there were many customers in the store, Will was fantastic and speedy with helping everyone what seemed like simultaneously.the store was so clean and my experience was very pleasant. I really appreciated the friendly and attentive service and I found two great pillows to take home.

Highly recommend! We worked with Bree at the flagship store, who was professional, patient, and made the whole process easy. We didn't feel pressured at all while choosing our mattress. The delivery was great too. The setup and haul-away were completed in under 30 minutes. An excellent experience from start to finish.

My sales rep’s name was Breonna. She was great. I received info earlier in the day that the South Park, Charlotte NC location had what I needed. I called them to ensure they (1) were open and (2) had the sheets set that I needed. Breonna answered the phone and was pleasant and super helpful. I arrived to the store and she escorted me to the sheets and explained the types/options. She was professional and very knowledgeable.
