In a way it's kind of funny because it just seems like this door has been here forever based on how chaotic it is inside. I know there was a store here before and it looks like they split it between the Ollie's and the O'Reilly's next door. Everything is kind of gringy and feeling older. They have all the normal stuff you'd see at at Ollie's as well
View on GoogleI enjoy shopping at Ollie's but this store is severely lacking not only in products but customer service also. I would have spent more at my last visit but was told overstock product on top shelf was not for sale since it wasn't on the shelf below. I was not able to pull down the product myself or I would have. I actually severely wasted a 15% off rewards coupon due to lack of product availability. I also couldn't believe that they didn't have a single outdoor grill in stock.
View on GoogleIt’s not fancy or cool but it’s a good place for bargains. I have found a few useful items for a good price. There are often many people and the line can be quite long, but the staff at the register are always kind and helpful. It’s a good store if you don’t mind waiting a bit.
View on GoogleI recently had the pleasure of going in here and shopping as I normally do. Upon checkout, the line was backed up a little bit as there was only one cashier working at the time. The other cashier was doing side work, stocking shelves. When the cashier called for her manager, a woman who I learned to be the manager Michelle, spoke to her in the most condescending voice, being both loud and disrespectful. after a very rudely, telling her to restart her computer and print out a receipt, she proceeded to walk away and not help the four or five customers in line, all while having an attitude. I’ve never experienced a worker like this in Ollie’s, and I hope to never see an experience like that again. edit to add: I gave three stars because generally my experience at Ollie’s is not like this.
View on GoogleJust left the Ollies in Belleville, have been there Several Times, I’m Posting a Review Today, because of the LACK of Staff !!! There were Customers asking me for Assistance and I was Standing in the Long Check Out Lane !!!!………I didn’t Notice any Staff, Except for the (1) Cashier!!!……..Don’t know what the Problem Is, but I Hope Owners are Paying the Staff Competitive Wages and Providing Benefits, because if Not, this Store will be Closing !!! *** Note The Cashier Apologized Profusely for the Delay, Was Very Pleasant!!! No Staff Should Have to do that !!!…………
