Mattress Firm Green Mount Road

Sleep expert was friendly and helpful yet moved very hastily when I came down to the transaction. Typically it wouldn’t be a big deal to me but being that I was the only customer in the store, I’m not sure what the big rush was about. I felt slightly pressured to make purchase quicker than I could fully comprehend and process it because everything was happening so fast.

David was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He was more than happy to guide us through all of the options around our needs to help us make a good informed decision on which mattress we should choose. We came to a decision at our own pace without feeling any pressure. It was a refreshing and positive experience overall. Highly recommended!

Upon arrival to an empty store I greeted the two salesman sitting behind the desk first. One didn't even look up. At first I felt unwelcomed as I too am in Hospitality senior management for over 15 years. The 10 to 5 rule is pretty standard in the service industry, and they fell very short of that. Steve did attempt to turn the situation around and took care of my sale. I almost left because I can spend over 2K anywhere in that area, and probably could have gotten the mattress I purchased at a lower price. The rest of the process was relatively smooth minus an issue with my bank hold for the amount I purchased it for. I am looking forward to the arrival of my new mattress and I hope my interaction will serve as a profound reason not to judge a book by it's cover.

We came in today knowing we wanted a Tempur-pedic, but no idea which one. David made the whole process less stressful, he is very knowledgeable and directed us to the right one! This experience had us leaving happy. Definitely telling our friends to go see David at Mattress Firm!

I came in after I'd done some research online. I was in and out with a new mattress to be delivered in little time. Not to say the floor people didn't do their job, their expertise helped to provide an informed decision.
