Ollie's Bargain Outlet

Honestly to be such a poor area to begin with this Ollie's Is seriously lacking in cheap items to sell normally I can go into any Ollie's and find great deals on paint and carpets and flooring also on heaters and air conditioners but this time in this Ollie's, I was shocked to find the prices were even higher than Walmart and other big box stores. I did find one awesome deal and I bought it cause it's my favorite, I bought a 7 disc box set of Garth Brooks live albums I found them there for 2.99 which kinda made up for the fact that everything else there was extremely high priced and I couldn't find anything I went in there for, take for example i went in there to grab a deal on house paint and I thought while I'm here I'll scoop up some trash bags and window cleaner maybe some candy b but to my surprise they didn't have that simple stuff either, sure they had candy just not the mallow cups I love....

Three times have I been in there to buy things. Out of all the places in bluefield and tazewell this is the rudest store💯 workers are nasty 🥶 the employees are not helpful and. I understand people have bad days but 3 times numerous employees and apparently one of the managers were extremely nasty and very rude it doesn't call for you to be Hurtful to somebody else because you're having a bad day, but you don't have to act like that so I just left my entire cart and left everything and I'm just not going to shop at that particular store anymore.

We went in to do some Christmas shopping and let the kids pick out some new books. Unfortunately, we all had to use the restroom when we got here. After searching all through the store for the restrooms or an employee to point us in the right direction, we had to go up front and wait in line to ask where they were and we were informed that there were no public restrooms. So we had to leave before we could even get any shopping done.

This location is real nice. It has a lot more than others I have been in.

We normally come here and buy items for our charitable eBay store. This time, however, we also had to buy an air condition and had about $700 of additional items, but unfortunately, we had to use the restroom immediately, come to find out they have closed their restrooms to the public, and have not posted no public restrooms.. As a result, we were forced to leave the premises, and I decided if this company could not provide clean restroom to the public, especially since we spend large amount there weekly, they do not deserve our business anymore.. My father always taught me not to give power to that which I do not believe in, by allowing companies to do this to the public. That company is basically saying that they do not respect the public in any fashion. Therefore, until they get a working restroom I guess they can do without my $12,000 + in sales a year. Update went back on 12/21 still no restroom. Turned around and walked out. They did not deserve my business since they think that all of us are just animals stay away from the store show that you have a backbone and can go elsewhere and they are not needed when they cannot provide the services as simple as a bathroom for the public
