Great deals, lots to choose from. Only downside is cashier was very rude and never asked if I wanted bags (being from out of state I’m not familiar with the cost of bags) she was mad when my son was bagging our items, not aware we even paid for one bag she made it clear about the cost of bags and pointed to a worn out sign on the counter that could barely be seen and was faded. I was in the store the day before and wasn’t charged for any bags and the cashier bagged my items and never said a word about bags. Today the cashier was rude and her manor wasn’t welcoming I was confused by the cost of bags and said is that something new? The store where I live don’t charge and she pointed to the sign and said “this is Roanoke Virginia” was very rude and disrespectful. Other than this issue. I was very impressed with the prices, items/stock and quality.

I do prefer the Ollies in Roanoke compared to the other Ollies I have been to. It is generally very organized and the employees are friendly. This last trip the store seemed emptier and messier than usual which was odd. Plenty of parking and the prices are always good- I always walk out with more than I came to shop for.

Went in looking for a particular thing and a gentleman who was going into the back of the store, stopped what he was doing and walked with me to the area where the item would have been. Although they didn't have what I needed, this man was extremely patient, kind and helpful!

Always a fun shopping experience with something different to check out each time. Great selection of adult and children's books at good prices. Good selection of name brand fishing gear. Lots of automotive and food options as well.

The regular long time employees here are the best. They treat you right and know where things are. Good deals and with my email discount codes- WOW!
