Ollie's Bargain Outlet

I am a long-time, loyal customer of this store. My spouse and I are both rewards members and credit card holders, and we regularly spend significant money here because we genuinely enjoy shopping at Ollie’s. That said, the decision to remove customer restroom access at this location is unacceptable. Expecting customers to spend extended time shopping and making large purchases without providing a restroom is unreasonable. This is especially concerning given that Ollie’s customer base clearly includes older adults and individuals with medical conditions. I personally have bladder-related health issues, and the lack of restroom access makes shopping here physically difficult and, at times, impossible. I have visited multiple other Ollie’s locations, including stores in nearby states, and they all provide restroom access for customers. This makes the policy at this location even more disappointing and confusing. Providing a basic, accessible restroom is not an unreasonable request. It is a matter of customer dignity, inclusivity, and basic courtesy. I strongly urge management and corporate leadership to reconsider this decision. Until this issue is addressed, it seriously impacts my ability and willingness to continue shopping at this location. I will not. And I am in communications with corporate at this moment waiting on a response I'll give them 3 days and then I'll call and escalate this.

I want there because I usually have roses of a different variety and different colors put in the past 2 years I noticed no roses and they probably won't get none this year again but otherwise you can find a little bit of everything be mattresses lights and pans whatever and everything

This Ollie's is better than the Lakewood one for sure. Better stocked and well kept usually. It's in a decent plaza and fairly safe area. Found some really niche food stuffs and graphic novels at this location. The bathrooms weren't super clean, but the the locals who frequent the place aren't always the most kempt. Now that Big Lots is no more, this is a prime opportunity to step it up. One of my favorite stores. 👍

Good bargains you have to be a frequent flyer here items change all the time

A very nice store kept relatively clean and organized. Staff is friendly and there are very good deals..sign up for their award program its worth it.
